Asiima TV Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
These terms cover Asiima TV specifically. For general terms applicable to all applications, see our General Terms of Use.
CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING ASIIMA TV
ASIIMA TV IS AN IPTV MEDIA PLAYER APPLICATION ONLY. IT DOES NOT HOST, STORE, PROVIDE, DISTRIBUTE, STREAM, OR MAKE AVAILABLE ANY MEDIA CONTENT WHATSOEVER. THE COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL OVER, AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, ANY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH USER-PROVIDED SOURCES. ALL CONTENT IS STREAMED DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE USER'S DEVICE AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.
3. Asiima TV - Description of Service
Asiima TV is an IPTV media player software application that allows Users to:
- Play media content from User-provided IPTV streaming sources
- Connect to IPTV services using protocols such as Xtream Codes API, Stalker Portal/Middleware, and M3U/M3U8 playlists
- Browse electronic program guides (EPG) for live TV channels
- Organize and manage multiple IPTV accounts
- Sync watch progress and account data across Apple devices via iCloud
Asiima TV functions solely as a media player interface. It is analogous to a web browser or media player like VLC — it is a neutral tool that can access content but does not provide, host, or control any content itself. All content is streamed directly between the User's device and the third-party provider's servers.
4. Asiima TV - Content Disclaimer and User Acknowledgments
4.1 No Content Provision
BY USING ASIIMA TV, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- The Company does NOT host, store, upload, or distribute any media content
- The Company does NOT provide any streaming URLs, channels, movies, TV shows, radio stations, or any other content
- The Company does NOT operate or control any servers that stream media content
- The Company has NO affiliation with any IPTV service, content provider, or streaming platform
- All content sources must be provided by the User from their own legitimately obtained subscriptions
- The Application is a neutral technology tool with substantial non-infringing uses
- All content streams flow directly between the User's device and third-party servers — never through Company infrastructure
4.2 User-Provided Content Sources
Any IPTV services, streaming URLs, playlists, or content sources used with Asiima TV are:
- Provided solely by the User
- Configured and managed solely by the User
- Accessed directly by the User's device without routing through Company servers
- Subject to the User's own subscription agreements and legal rights with the third-party provider
- The User's sole responsibility to obtain and maintain legally
4.3 Prohibition of Piracy and Illegal Use
THE COMPANY EXPLICITLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY CONDEMNS PIRACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IN ANY FORM.
Asiima TV is designed and intended exclusively for use with legally obtained content. Any use of this Application to access, stream, download, or distribute pirated, stolen, or illegally obtained content is a direct violation of these Terms of Use and may constitute a criminal offense.
Legitimate uses of Asiima TV include, but are not limited to:
- Content from legitimate IPTV subscriptions that the User has legally purchased and is authorized to access
- Content that is freely available and licensed for public distribution
- Content that the User owns or has created
- Content that the User has explicit written legal permission to access and stream
- Free-to-air broadcast streams available in your region
- Corporate, educational, or hospitality IPTV systems
- Self-hosted media libraries (e.g., Plex, Emby, Jellyfin)
- Official broadcaster and network streaming apps and subscriptions
4.4 No Content Discovery
The Application does not include any built-in content directories, channel lists, provider listings, content recommendations, or links to third-party IPTV services. The Application does not assist Users in finding, selecting, or subscribing to any content sources. All content source configuration is performed entirely by the User using credentials and URLs they independently obtain.
4.5 No Circumvention of Content Protection
The Application does not circumvent, bypass, remove, deactivate, or impair any digital rights management (DRM) technology, content protection system, encryption mechanism, or access control measure. The Application connects to User-provided sources using standard, publicly documented protocols (HTTP, HLS, MPEG-TS) and does not decrypt any encrypted content streams beyond standard transport-level encryption (TLS/SSL).
4.6 Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, the Company has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. The Company may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Application and/or terminate the accounts of any Users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4.7 Cooperation with Law Enforcement
The Company will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants, in connection with investigations of copyright infringement, piracy, or other illegal activity. Users acknowledge that the Company's local-first architecture means minimal data is available — content viewing data, stream URLs, and provider credentials are stored locally on the User's device and are not accessible to the Company.
4.8 Geographic Awareness
The legality of IPTV services and content access varies by country, state, province, and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your geographic location regarding the access and streaming of media content. The Company makes no representations regarding the legality of any particular content source or IPTV service in any jurisdiction.
5. Asiima TV - User Responsibilities and Warranties
BY USING ASIIMA TV, YOU REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND COVENANT THAT:
- You have the legal right to access all content you stream through the Application
- You own, have licensed, or have legal permission to access all content sources you configure

- You accept SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY for all content you access through the Application

5.1 Feedback and Diagnostic Data Submissions
By submitting feedback through the in-app feedback feature, including any diagnostic logs or account credentials you choose to share, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You grant Asiima a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted diagnostic data and account credentials solely for the purpose of debugging, reproducing, and resolving the reported issue, and for improving the Application
- Diagnostic data and account credentials will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including encrypted storage and automatic deletion
- Sharing account credentials is entirely at your own discretion and risk — you are not required to share credentials to submit feedback
- The Company will use reasonable security measures including HTTPS transmission, AES-256 encrypted storage, time-limited access links (7 days), and automatic data deletion (30 days)
- Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of submitted data
- If you have security concerns after sharing credentials, you should change your credentials with your IPTV provider promptly
- The Company will not use submitted credentials to access your content sources for any purpose other than diagnosing the reported issue
6. Asiima TV - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of Asiima TV
- Any content you access, stream, download, or interact with through the Application
- Any content sources you configure or use with the Application

- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any claim that your use of the Application caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Application.
7. Asiima TV - Termination for Illegal Use
Without limiting the general termination provisions in the General Terms, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your license to use Asiima TV, without notice or refund, if the Company has reason to believe that you are using the Application in connection with pirated, stolen, or illegally distributed content, or in any manner that violates applicable laws.
